
Fredrik has over 29 years of experience in global markets, having held advisory roles in both London and Sydney. His international career began in 1996 at Sedgwick as a Lloyd’s of London reinsurance broker before relocating to Sydney in 2003 to establish the Guy Carpenter Sydney office.
In 2006, Fredrik transitioned into Wealth Management, spending 15 years at UBS, Goldman Sachs, and Bell Potter Securities. During this time, he specialised in providing investment management solutions for Family Offices and UHNW clients, regularly travelling to London, New York, Los Angeles, and Singapore to source top-tier fund managers from around the globe.
Before founding Cape Horn Capital, Fredrik joined Tribeca Investment Partners, where he successfully established Tribeca Private and led its Wealth Management division.
At Cape Horn, Fredrik remains dedicated to preserving and growing his clients’ wealth, many of whom have trusted him for over 18 years. Passionate about global investment opportunities, he carefully sources high-quality investments and fosters strong relationships between founders and his clients, ensuring alignment and long-term success.
Born in Sweden, Fredrik spent his early childhood in Stockholm before relocating to London, where he was educated at St Paul’s School. He holds a Bachelor of Economics (Hons) from the University of Southampton, UK. A passionate sailor, he competed at an Olympic level in the mid-1990s and continues to race in national and international regattas.
Fredrik is also an avid art enthusiast and previously served as Chairman of Art Month Sydney, a not-for-profit festival dedicated to promoting contemporary art in Sydney.

Kosta Koulax is based in Sydney, pursuing a bachelor of Economics, majoring in Finance and Econometrics at the University of New South Wales. With a diverse academic reach and strong curiosity towards financial analysis, he brings an elastic and analytical approach his role as an Investment Associate at Cape Horn Capital.
At Cape Horn, Kosta offers a comprehensive approach to investment research and due diligence in capital-raising processes alongside Fredrik Blencke. Leveraging his background in econometrics, Kosta decomposes expansive datasets to deliver a data-driven approach to investment advisory.
His role spans across company research and valuation in public and private markets, supported by comprehensive sector analysis, reinforcing the knowledge base that drives Cape Horn’s advisory.
Kosta has held leadership positions across his academic journey, demonstrating his appetite for initiative that he translates to his work at Cape Horn in the form of his engagement with fund managers.
In his own time, Kosta is a dedicated strength athlete who aims to soon hold the Australian national weighted dip record, reflecting his exceptional work ethic and passion.

Luca Welti is based in Switzerland at the University of St. Gallen, one of the most prestigious economics universities in Europe.
Luca assists in various projects and investments. His responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing financial data, and supporting Fredrik Blencke in the development of investment strategies. His fluency in German, English, and French, along with conversational Italian, allows him to provide tailored support and build strong connections with clients from various linguistic backgrounds.
Having access to a broad network of people around the University and in Europe, Luca's role is pivotal in partnering with one of Europe's leading business universities, enhancing our academic collaborations and integrating cutting-edge research into our investment strategies. This includes embedding AI into our Wealth Management practice.
Luca grew up with a family focused on motorsports, with his father being a racing driver and later Formula 1 team manager for multiple years. He began playing tennis at a young age and started giving lessons by 14, showcasing his early ambitions and dedication.

Adrian Pasha is based in Sydney, pursuing a Business degree at the University of New South Wales with a focus on Information Systems. With a broad academic foundation, and a strong personal interest in capital markets and investment thematics, Adrian brings an enthusiastic and analytical approach to his role as an Investment Associate at Cape Horn Capital.
At Cape Horn, Adrian works closely with Fredrik Blencke on capital-raising initiatives whilst engaging regularly with global fund managers across various asset classes. By drawing from such perspectives and leveraging his background in data science, Adrian harnesses advanced AI tools and Machine Learning algorithms to sift through vast amounts of global information, providing clients with data-driven investment solutions. His work includes detailed stock analysis, in-depth industry/sector research, and monitoring of our fund manager universe, providing critical insights that support Cape Horn’s strategic outlook.
Before joining Cape Horn, Adrian’s professional background spans numerous roles in data science and consulting, most recently as a Research Analyst at Kantar Group. He also enjoys case competitions, and has presented solutions to firms such as EY & Oliver Wyman.
Adrian has played Tennis since the age of 5, and is an avid automotive enthusiast. In his free time he restores vintage European sports cars, reflecting his enthusiastic spirit and thirst for knowledge.

Armaan Kaushal is based in Sydney and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce and Economics at the University of New South Wales, majoring in Finance and Financial Technology. With a broad academic foundation and a strong interest in global markets, he brings a dynamic and analytical approach to his role as an Investment Associate at Cape Horn Capital.
At Cape Horn, Armaan focuses on identifying equity opportunities in emerging markets, with a particular interest in AI infrastructure. He works closely with Fredrik Blencke on capital raising initiatives, while also producing thematic investment posts and stock recommendations that support the firm’s strategic outlook. His work spans in-depth company research, trend analysis, and the evaluation of high-potential sectors, contributing to Cape Horn’s mission of delivering innovative, insight-driven investment solutions.
Armaan’s professional experience includes roles in the Capital Markets team at CBRE, as Project Leader in the Global Consulting Group at UNSW, and most recently in FX Sales, where he gained valuable exposure to currency markets and client relationship management. Outside of work, Armaan enjoys playing pickle ball and staying active, reflecting his energetic and competitive spirit.
